Once you read the following terms and agree to them, you can request a commission from me through my Audiochan!
Commissions
General:
You must be 18 years or older regardless whether the commission is SFW or NSFW. All characters portrayed must be 18+ years old.
Audio length and content must be agreed upon before payment.
Minimum audio time is 10 minutes, with the maximum being an hour.
Permission from any writers or collaborators not involved with this contract of service must have approval beforehand.
No hate speech, discrimination, or harmful content.
I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or breach of my terms.
Terms and Limits:
Saying "I love you" or adjacent directly to the listener.
Scat, vomit, ageplay, death, raceplay, hate speech, homophobia, anything involving animals.
I'm very much open to most kinks, but make sure to bring it up beforehand if you think it may be 'a bit too taboo' in nature.
Process of Commission:
Once your commission request is approved and we get into contact, please be as detailed as you want when it comes to your requests! Be enthusiastic, share all your kinks and limits, and be as specific as you want for your request.
When discussing your commission, I'm very much open to having in-depth discussions on how you want your audio to be. My goal is to make sure you’re happy with what you receive, and I'd be more than happy fulfilling and exceeding your expectations.
The duration of the commission being completed will range between 14-21 days, but I will give notices if delays come up.
Once discussions are wrapped up and ideas are finalized, I will provide you with a link to my Forthwall where you can pay for half of the price. Work will only start after the first payment is received. Once the commission is finished, you’ll get another link of the file that you can purchase with the rest of the quote that is meant to be paid.
Payment:
50% of the estimated payment is required upfront—with the other 50% or so remaining (depending on minutes being less or exceeding time estimate) to be paid upon completion before delivery.
Prices are as listed in my services section.
Rush orders may incur additional fees.
Revision:
Two minor revisions are included (pronunciation corrections, small adjustments).
Major revisions or re-recordings will be charged as a new commission.
Revision requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Deadlines and Delivery:
Standard delivery time is 14-21 days from payment confirmation depending on complexity. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods.
A Rush Delivery option is available for an additional fee.
Files will be delivered through a shared private link with the ability to privately download.
You agree not to share the audio publicly without permission.
Refunds:
Refunds are only provided if I cannot complete your commission.
No refunds after audio delivery.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
No refunds will be made if asked past the 24 hour window upon payment confirmation.
Intellectual Property Rights and Usage:
You receive personal use rights to the commissioned audio—but you are not allowed to re-publish, sell or share to the public without my consent.
You may crosspost, retweet and otherwise share as long as it provides credit to me as the creator.
I retain the right to post the audio publicly unless you purchase exclusive rights.
I retain the right to use the work in my portfolio and promotional materials.
Commercial use requires additional licensing fees.
Communication:
All communication must be through the contact methods we have agreed upon (Audiochan DMs, Email).
Please allow 24-48 hours for responses to messages.
Updates on commission progress will be provided throughout as per direction, feedback and as needed.
